Directeur du Social Club (F/H)

The RMC BFM group is recruiting a Head of Social Club to pilot the social media activity of RMC-BFM. The role involves defining and implementing the global strategy of the Social Club, managing teams and relationships with platforms, and maximizing monetization.

Requirements

• Higher education (Bac + 5)
• 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in management, in a media, digital or creator economy environment
• Proven experience in team management, business development and platform / partner relations
• Strong social media culture, content, data, audiences and monetization
• Expertise in digital strategy, social media and creator economy
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their economic models
• Good understanding of editorial issues, content production and digital formats
• Mastery of monetization models (advertising, brand deals, partnerships, licensing, syndication)
• Budget management and KPI tracking
• Management of multidisciplinary teams
• Negotiation and management of strategic partnerships
• Structuring of processes, workflows and implementation of management tools
• Ability to prioritize, decide and arbitrate in a fast-paced environment
• Inspirational leadership
• Results-oriented and performance culture
• Excellent relational and communication skills (written & oral)
