Fleet Superintendent Marseille

As a Fleet Superintendent at CMA Ships, you will represent the shipowner on board ships and in ports, managing operational activities, investigating issues, and optimizing ship performance to achieve Net Zero Carbon goals. Your responsibilities will include monitoring ship operations, supervising crew members, and coordinating with external interveners. You will be the expert and representative of CMA Ships on site, updating shipment documents, controlling ship consumptions, and participating in decarbonization and cost reduction efforts.

Requirements

• Holding a degree in Chief Mechanic / 2nd Mechanic or an Engineering Naval Diploma
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a sailor and/or in a similar position
• Fluent English language skills
• Good knowledge of international maritime regulations
• Expert knowledge in a technical field (hull, engines, etc.) is appreciated
