Global Business Process Excellence Expert

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Global Business Process Excellence Expert to drive improvement, standardization, and digitalization of operational processes on a global scale. The successful candidate will map, analyze, and optimize business processes related to Air & Ocean activities and ensure alignment between operational processes and IT solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Business Process Management, or transversal project leadership within an international and digitalized environment.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, ideally within Air & Ocean freight forwarding.
• Proven experience working on ERP-driven environments, operational systems or digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to translate operational needs into clear functional requirements.
• Good understanding of complex, multi-system IT landscapes.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Ability to influence both business and IT stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Fluent English is mandatory (global environment).
