Group Facilities Manager M/F

As a Group Facilities Manager, you will oversee the overall performance of workplace environments, service continuity of infrastructure, and the quality of services delivered to users across all Paris sites.

Requirements

• Higher education degree
• Proven experience managing complex office sites
• Strong expertise in multi-service Facility Management, team leadership, and contractor management
• Strong affinity for technical environments and budget management (OPEX: €20M/year)
• Strong leadership, service mindset, rigor, strategic vision, and operational excellence
• Excellent communication skills and ability to drive change
• High resilience and ability to perform under pressure
