Head of Commercial Finance

CEVA Logistics is looking for a Head of Commercial Finance to lead the UK and Ireland team driving financial performance and cost improvements. The role involves creating, analysing, and presenting financial reports, forecasting, and budgets for the Contract Logistics team. The Head of Finance will also collaborate with the contract logistics senior leadership team to strive for financial best practice.

Requirements

• Fully qualified financial professional with significant experience in a senior commercial finance or business controlling role
• Strong leadership skills and ability to shape a high-performance team
• Proven customer-facing experience and track record of identifying and implementing improvements
• Experience in interpreting complex data, identifying trends, and analysing outcomes
• Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders
• Problem-solving and influencing skills, with a high attention to detail and ability to meet business deadlines
