Job Description
The Inland Services Buyer Senior Supervisor will be responsible for managing the global purchasing activities for Inland Services, defining and deploying purchasing strategies, managing a significant global purchasing volume, optimizing costs, and developing synergies across the Group.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, International Trade, or Engineering
- At least 10 years of experience in purchasing, ideally in transport or logistics
- Proficiency in English
- Strong expertise in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint advanced)
- Experience with purchasing tools (e.g., SRM platforms)
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Analytical mindset with a strong cost optimization and process improvement orientation
- Knowledge of optimized tendering methodologies to improve purchasing performance
