Inventory Manager

CEVA Logistics is seeking an Inventory Manager to lead inventory accuracy, stock integrity, and inventory control processes within a fast-paced operation. This role involves driving inventory compliance, leading ICQA operations, resolving stock discrepancies, and ensuring robust control processes that protect customer service and operational performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing ICQA, inventory control, or warehouse operations within a high-volume logistics or e-commerce environment
• Strong understanding of inventory accuracy, cycle counting, defect management, and root-cause analysis
• Experience leading operational teams and driving KPI performance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using WMS systems, reporting tools, and inventory analytics
