Job Description
The Senior Analyst, Government Analyst role will provide day-to-day quality Customer Care within the Government Customer Service Team, addressing problems requiring management level interaction, logistical analysis, and empowerment. The position will work closely with various teams, including Virginia Trade and Operations, CMA CGM Operations, Service Delivery, and CMA CGM Agencies around the globe.
Requirements
- Provide problem resolution in several areas of interaction by following processes and ensuring follow-up
- Provide bookings with consultation for vessel approvals when required
- Optimizing and building work processes to streamline workload and improve support
- Maintain positive relationships with internal partners and external contacts
- Takes initiative and acts as lead on projects
