Senior Spezialist Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz (m/w/d)

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Senior Health and Safety Specialist to join their team in Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing the health and safety management system on a national level, promoting safety awareness, and overseeing locations in Germany and Switzerland. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in the QHSE field, a degree in environmental management or quality management, and strong language skills.

Requirements

• Completed studies in environmental management, quality management, or comparable training
• Several years of experience in the QHSE field, preferably in an international environment
• Training in audit management in the field of H&S (DIN EN ISO 45001 or OHSAS 18001)
• Basic knowledge of quality management (DIN EN ISO 9001) and environmental management (DIN EN ISO 14001)
• Very good German and English language skills, further language skills (e.g. French) are advantageous
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills, as well as intercultural understanding
• High travel readiness within Switzerland and Austria
