CEVA Logistics is seeking a Shift Leader to coordinate shift planning, monitor working instructions, and lead team leaders in a direct leadership role at their Return Location in Greven near Münster. The successful candidate will shape the success of their daily business, promote employee development, and contribute to the increase of efficiency and quality.
Requirements
- Existing experience in employee leadership
- Motivating, appreciative, and result-oriented leadership with a role model function
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
- Experience in the logistics industry, preferably in contract logistics
- Good knowledge of common MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
- Language skills in German and English, ideally with further foreign language skills such as Russian
