As a Ship Manager, you will optimize cargo stowage and vessel utilization, ensuring safety and cost-efficiency. The role involves planning and coordinating cargo stowage, monitoring operations, and addressing disruptions.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in nautical studies or an equivalent level of seagoing Certificate of Competency
- Minimum 4-5 yearsâ experience in the Operational aspects of the shipping industry
- Practical experience in the terminal/shipboard operational aspect of the shipping industry
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, meet deadlines, cope with changing circumstances and people
