Site Support Technician

CEVA Logistics seeks a hands-on and proactive Site Support Technician to support the facility’s technology infrastructure, install, maintain, and support IT systems and services, and provide on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–2 years of experience in IT support or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed
