Requirements

• Completed vocational training in logistics/business administration and/or appropriate training with several years of experience in a comparable activity.
• Experience in process analysis and/or process optimization in the logistics field, ideally in operational contract logistics.
• Experience and personal suitability in leading employees (blue and white-collar)
• Funded practical and analytical experience in managing process performance against customer requirements, including creating informative key performance indicator reports
• High customer and service awareness
• Very good German and English language skills in word and writing
• Clear and efficient communication
