Requirements

• Several years of experience in a logistics company
• First experience in leadership or coordination of teams is an advantage
• Good knowledge of logistics processes, ideally in the area of commissioning or shipping
• Excellent communication skills and confident appearance in the operational environment
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking (English skills are an advantage)
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Motivation to continuously develop yourself and the team
• Willingness to work in the 3-shift system
