As a charterer within our Valenciennes agency, you will be responsible for chartering different traffics on behalf of our clients.

Requirements

• Search and plan road transport operations while respecting client requirements and current legislation
• Select transport service providers capable of meeting the defined criteria (client needs, price, quality, reliability, deadlines)
• Negotiate purchase prices with transport providers
• Manage relationships with clients and suppliers
• Perform various administrative tasks related to chartering
• Control all documents related to transport
• Process and track requests or claims
• Ensure vigilance by analyzing client and transport market trends nationally and internationally
• Develop our client portfolio and retain current clients
• Update and follow up on tracking and/or forecasting tools (dashboards, statistics, indicators, etc...)
