Coordinateur en transport aérien CDD H/F

CEVA Logistics is seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Air Transport Coordinator, responsible for coordinating air transport in France and internationally for diverse clients.

Requirements

• Analyzing customer needs and providing tailored transportation solutions
• Following up on customer files from start to finish, communicating with them at each stage of the operation
• Supporting the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Providing post-operational support, including handling customs anomalies, transportation disputes, and client complaints
• Compiling necessary documents, information, and instructions to open a transport file
• Occasionally, processing transport files, including making flight reservations, drafting transport documents, pricing, and invoicing
• Following up on files until they are closed, ensuring the smooth execution of transport and compliance with conditions
• Maintaining a commercial watch to identify new opportunities and proactively provide solutions
• Contribution to the achievement of KPIs and data quality when necessary
• Active contribution to continuous improvement (Operational Excellence)
