Requirements
- Financial management of the site: responsibility for budget planning, forecasting, and reporting
- Create in-depth monthly financial analyses, evaluate deviations, and derive concrete recommendations for management from them
- Ensure CAPEX management: control investments – from business cases and approval processes to follow-up
- Ensure ROI analyses and evaluate the profitability of strategic projects and investments
- Develop cost optimization strategies and implement them together with operations
- Participate actively in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and coordinate closely with central controlling
- Develop and further develop KPI systems to ensure efficient site management as a Finance Business Partner, work closely with Site Management, management, and cluster and regional management
- Present and support financial issues against internal and external partners (e.g. audits, customers, suppliers)
