CEVA Logistics offers global supply chain solutions and is looking for an engaged and practice-oriented Team Leader (m/w/d) for the operational management of a department in a dynamic, shift-based environment with over 1,000 employees.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or study in the field of logistics, business administration/BWL, supply chain management or comparable
- First leadership experience in warehouse logistics, ideally in the e-commerce or contract logistics sector
- Good knowledge of inbound or outbound processes and operational management
- Experience in handling WMS/ERP systems and basic knowledge of Excel
- Practical approach, communication skills, and team orientation
- Willingness to work in a shift system
- Good knowledge of German, English knowledge is an advantage
