The role involves professional and organizational leadership of the Sea Freight Export team, ensuring quality-compliant handling of shipments, and coordinating with customers and the global network.

Requirements

• Successfully completed training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services
• Ideally with further education in the field of leadership
• Several years of experience in Sea Freight Export, preferably with initial leadership experience
• Strong customer and service orientation, as well as a high level of responsibility
• Structured, solution-oriented working method and assertiveness
• Secure handling of modern IT (MS Office & common forwarding systems)
• Very good English skills in writing and speaking, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills
