Job Description
The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution of real estate development projects from pre-construction through completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with company standards.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience in construction management, preferably within commercial real estate development
- Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to work with stakeholders, consultants, contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams
