Job Description
Join CMC Markets as a Product Designer to contribute to their company vision of providing the ultimate trading experience. As a key member of their team, you'll be responsible for designing high-performance interfaces for professional users, owning and maturing their design system in Figma, and partnering with Product and Engineering to navigate technical constraints.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of product design experience, ideally within fintech, trading, or data-heavy enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in Figma design systems
- Portfolio that tells a clear story: complex problem in, elegant interface out with the process shown, not just the outcome
- Eye for detail and a genuine obsession with typography, layout, grid systems, and high-density information display
- Experience influencing product roadmaps and technical decisions within agile, cross-functional teams
- Ability to create high-fidelity interactive prototypes that communicate complex user journeys to both users and stakeholders
