CMC is a fast-growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) seeking a Senior IT Engineer to join its in-house team, working on complex problems, client-facing and in a high-growth environment.
Requirements
- Act as Tier 2 technical support for escalations and complex issues
- Architect and implement infrastructure and cloud solutions for small to mid-sized businesses
- Support and maintain environments including Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, virtualization (VMware), Fortigate firewalls, and Rubrik backups
- Perform on-site visits for project work, assessments, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with account managers to align IT strategy with client business goals
- Document client environments and follow best practices for security and standardization
- Provide mentorship to junior team members and help develop SOPs
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support when required
