We are looking for a Head of Human Resources to lead the HR team and develop HR management strategically. The role involves overall responsibility for the entire HR lifecycle, HR administration, and HR projects.
Requirements
- Commercial or business administration basic education
- Further education in personnel management (official FA or comparable)
- Several years of experience in a leading HR function in a dynamic environment
- Mother tongue German, good English and French skills
- Experience with MS-Office palette and ABACUS system
- Hands-on mentality, service- and solution-oriented, good communication skills
- Leadership skills, team player, calm and performance under pressure
