Mortgage Closer responsible for following processes and procedures for closing functions, assembling and reviewing documents, and ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
Requirements
- Maintains current knowledge of policies and procedures
- Prepares and reviews daily reports
- Interfaces with warehouse and post-closing teams
- Communicate with Processors, Loan Officers, Escrow Officers and Settlement Agents
