As a CMiC Client Support Manager, you will serve assigned clients' technical support needs and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
Requirements
- Canadian Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university
- Knowledge of case ticketing system
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve conflicts
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Previous industry experience with Construction, Tech Support or Customer Service exposure is an asset
