The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and communicating with clients, handling their orders, and follow-up on those orders. They will establish a positive relationship with clients and review open orders on a weekly basis.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent customer service
• Excellent level with Microsoft Excel
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Trust and commitment
• Able to work under pressure
• Energetic and positive
• Master the French and English languages (US suppliers/clients)
