Job Description
Associate Consultant role at CMSPI, responsible for data-driven client-facing consulting, focusing on payments knowledge, analytics, and optimization opportunities for clients. Work closely with senior associates, engagement managers, and the wider CMSPI team to drive tangible improvements to clients' payment strategies.
Requirements
- Produce high-quality deliverables to support strong client engagement
- Perform in-depth analysis on clients' complex payment data
- Use CMSPI methodologies to suggest opportunities for improvement
- Accompany project teams to client meetings to present findings
- Uncover hard-to-find opportunities within clients' payments data
- Produce accurate reports to communicate with clients
- Assist in the review of commercial contracts and Service Level Agreements
- Gain a thorough understanding of markets and core consulting product offerings
