Job Description
The Construction Estimator will support major aviation and airport infrastructure projects in the Dallas Texas region. This role focuses on preparing cost estimates and budget analysis for aviation capital improvement programs, airport terminal construction, airfield projects, and airport facilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field
- 5 to 10 years of construction estimating experience
- Experience preparing cost estimates for commercial construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of quantity takeoffs and construction cost estimating
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines
- Aviation construction or airport capital improvement program experience strongly preferred
- Professional certifications such as Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) or Certified Cost Professional (CCP) are a plus
