Project Manager - Dallas, TX. Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in project management within construction, preferably in K-12 or public sector projects
- Proven experience managing large-scale capital improvement or bond-funded programs.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project controls, and contract administration.
- Experience working with public school districts, government agencies, or global corporate entities.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
- CCM (Certified Construction Manager) certification
- Professional License/Registration
- Experience with Texas school districts (e.g., DISD or surrounding ISDs)
- Familiarity with program management platforms such as e-Builder, Procore, or PMWeb
- Knowledge of bond program delivery and reporting requirements
