Job Description
We are seeking an individual to oversee and supervise a dedicated team of supervisors and technicians in our workshop, responsible for managing daily workflow and ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- Previous supervision skills / experience, preferred
- Experience as a Heavy Vehicle Technician with required trade certificate / qualification
- Current HR licence
- High level of problem solving / diagnostic skills
- Excellent ability to impart acquired knowledge to both technicians and apprentices
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer aptitude in Excel and Word
