• Leadership of the independent Roofing company with a clear focus on growth and innovation, including sales and result responsibility
• Development and implementation of a long-term vision that positions the roof repair and roof solution area, particularly in combination with photovoltaics, as a market leader
• Building, leadership and further development of a high-qualified team of technical, commercial and sales experts
• Responsibility for sales and customer management, including the acquisition of large projects and maintenance of key customers
• Ensuring compliance with building regulations, standards and quality standards
• Solving technical challenges and developing innovative solutions
• Close cooperation with and direct reporting to the management of the holding company
