Requirements

• Completed studies in civil engineering with high commercial expertise or business administration with a strong technical know-how, respectively, or comparable technical-commercial training and experience background
• Long-term professional experience in the construction industry is required, ideally in a management position with commercial responsibility
• In-depth knowledge of the roof repair, roof construction, or related trades, ideally with reference to photovoltaic solutions
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the proven ability to develop and implement innovative business ideas
• Experience in leading and motivating teams at a management or department leadership level
• Well-developed ability to win customers and build long-term relationships
• High level of initiative and decision-making freedom, as well as assertiveness and goal-orientedness
