Requirements
- Completed scientific university degree (e.g. Master, diploma (university)) in a technically-oriented field of study, such as computer science or electrical engineering
- Several years of leadership experience in a large organization with digitalization
- Comprehensive knowledge of state and local political connections in the IT sector
- Very good knowledge and several years of experience in the control of large IT projects and structures
- Funded knowledge of federal and state regulations on administrative modernization, digitization, and eGovernment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as negotiation and implementation strength
- Experience in digital transformation processes and the use of agile methods, e.g. Scrum, Kanban, and agile operational models (e.g. DevOps)
- Experience in accompanying change processes
- Ability to anticipate developments in IT and plan and implement them for the city administration
- Developed analytical skills and solution-oriented work
- Good presentation skills
