Requirements
- Qualified commercial or technical training background
- Several years of experience in building material sales, preferably in the field of doors, steel elements, fire and sound protection
- Specialist expertise in the technical and commercial execution of construction projects, primarily in the housing sector, including consideration of the VOB
- Understanding of relevant regulatory and numerical frameworks and solid business economic background
- Strong sales orientation combined with enthusiasm for technical questions
- High self-motivation, reliability and problem-solving competence
- Enjoyment of teamwork and good communicative skills
- Ability to solve complex and time-sensitive task assignments sovereignly and calmly with the team
