Job Description
We are looking for a project manager to lead turnkey construction projects in terms of costs, quality, and punctuality. The successful candidate will have a study in civil engineering or architecture, professional experience in project management, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
Requirements
- Self-responsible leadership of turnkey construction projects
- Negotiation with clients regarding project implementation, design, changes, and extensions of the construction contract
- Leadership and coordination of own employees and involved partner companies
- Tendering and awarding of subcontractor services
- Regular information and coordination with the management on all essential technical and personnel-related tasks
