Our customer is a global market leader in plastic welding machines and industrial heat technology, looking for a sales manager to implement its corporate strategy successfully.

Requirements

• Technical background through a successfully completed technical education or study, preferably in the field of electrical engineering or heat technology
• Several years of work experience in sales or sales of technically complex products
• Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
• Well-developed negotiation, decision-making, and persuasion skills
• Strategic thinking, independent work, and engagement
• Ability to travel in the sales area, with multi-day overnight stays per week
