Job Description
Risk Control Consultant - Virtual Center at CNA, responsible for risk control assessment, evaluation, consulting and technical support on complex issues. Works primarily in a remote environment, leveraging virtual tools and technologies to deliver risk control assessments and consultative services.
Requirements
- Advanced technical and product specific expertise in risk control evaluation and assessment skills and knowledge of insurance and risk control principles, practices and procedures.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills with ability to interact with all levels of internal and external business partners.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple concurrent assignments in a work-from-home setting.
- Advanced analytical and problem solving skills with ability to deal with ambiguous situations and issues.
