Job Description
The Senior Consultant or Consulting Director, Portfolio AI Analytics role involves creating AI-based analysis and using sophisticated generative AI solutions to support the creation, implementation and end-to-end execution of underwriting strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, or related field.
- Typically a minimum of 7 years of related work experience for Senior Consultant, and 10 years for Consulting Director.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of how to convert data to action.
- Understanding of relevant portions of the core commercial P&C underwriting process.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Effectively interacts with CNA's internal business partners.
- Project management, organization and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
