Job Description
The Talent Development Director role at CNA involves developing high-impact talent development solutions to drive business performance and results. The Director will work closely with Lead HR Business Partners and business leaders to diagnose performance gaps and recommend strategic talent, leadership development, and learning solutions.
Requirements
- Builds deep understanding of internal and external business landscape
- Partners with Lead HRBPs and business leaders to develop talent development strategies
- Directs and manages complex talent, leadership development, and learning programs
- Creates resource plans and budgets to deliver talent development strategies
- Analyzes external trends and applies learning theory to improve processes
- Acts as a key member of the Talent Development Leadership Team
- Defines and communicates organization talent management, leadership development, and learning standards
