Workers Compensation Claims Specialist role involves managing commercial claims, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with internal and external partners to resolve claims. Requirements
- Manage commercial claims with moderate to high complexity and exposure
- Investigate and resolve claims according to company protocols and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service to insureds, claimants, and business partners
- Verify coverage and establish timely and adequate reserves
- Conduct focused investigation to determine compensability, liability, and covered damages
- Authorize and ensure claim disbursements within authority limits
