Job Description
CNM LLP is a fast-growing specialized accounting and consulting services firm serving the Los Angeles and Orange County area. We are seeking a Practice Leader to lead a department of professionals in assisting clients with the implementation of new revenue recognition and lease accounting standards. The Practice Leader will be responsible for managing all aspects of Accounting and Transaction Advisory services, ensuring engagement metrics are met, and identifying opportunities to broaden services and client base.
Requirements
- Demonstrated track record as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to advise clients on complex technical accounting issues.
- Executive presence and ability to act as primary contact on assigned engagements.
- Ability to generate new business through the cultivation of existing relationships and development of new relationships.
