Job Description
CNS Group is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial operations within the Real Estate & Land sector, overseeing financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and ensuring full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and receivable.
- Prepare and submit tax returns and statutory filings.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Strengthen internal controls and financial systems.
- Provide financial analysis and reports to management.
- Supervise and guide junior accounting staff where applicable.
