Job Description
The Facilities Technician will perform maintenance and repair of CNS Healthcare buildings, facilities, grounds, and vehicles under the direct supervision of the Facilities Manager. Responsibilities include performing repairs, maintaining grounds, and conducting regular inspections.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years' experience in Facility maintenance
- Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry
- Ability to work independently without limited supervision
