Job Description
Performs a variety of duties in support of the maintenance and repair of CNS Healthcare buildings, facilities, grounds, and vehicles. This includes day-to-day repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance, as well as maintaining grounds and performing plumbing and electrical maintenance.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years' experience in Facility maintenance
- Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
- Ability to work independently without limited supervision
- Intermediate time management, problem solving, customer service, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
