Home-based Therapist job description: Provide individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, case management services in alignment with the individual plan of service (IPOS) utilizing evidence-based practices and a trauma-informed approach. Collaborate with internal and external providers to support the coordination of care for assigned cases. Meet direct service productivity and documentation standards per agency and program expectations.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy
- State licensure: Limited-Licensed Master's Social Worker (LLMSW), Licensed Master's Social Worker (LMSW), Limited-Licensed Professional Counselor (LLPC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Limited-Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LLMFT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Temporary Limited-License Psychologist (TLLP), Limited-Licensed Psychologist (LLP), OR Licensed Psychologist (LP)
- At least 1 year of experience in the examination, evaluation, and treatment of minors and their families
- Child Mental Health Professional: Possess or obtain Child Mental Health Professional (CMHP) designation within 90 days of hire, and then maintain throughout employment
- Valid and unrestricted Michigan Driver's License
- Reliable transportation and current proof of auto insurance
