The Medical Assistant plays a key role in representing the agency, ensuring a friendly and welcoming environment, and providing the best customer service possible. They assist the Clinic team by collecting vitals and other tasks as needed. This is primarily an administrative position.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program or similar
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office setting
- Passion for providing an unparalleled customer service experience
- Proficiency in word processing, data entry, and telephone skills
- Ability to be forward thinking and take initiative to accomplish goals and objectives
- Ability to use discretion and judgement when handling matters of a sensitive or confidential nature
