Shuttle Driver

CNS Healthcare is seeking a Shuttle Driver to provide transportation services to individuals served using company vehicles in a safe and professional manner. Requirements

• 1 year of passenger transportation service experience
• Ability to operate a wheelchair lift
• No more than one moving violation within the past twelve months
• No operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated or impaired by consumption due to alcohol or illegal drugs within the past 8 years
• No suspended, revoked, or expired license within the past five years
• Intermediate level experience with computers and Microsoft office products
• Ability to work closely with persons with mental or physical limitations
• Ability to drive safely in all types of weather and road conditions
• Ability to communicate effectively, professionally, and courteously
• Ability to use discretion and judgmental when handling matters of a sensitive or confidential nature
• Intermediate time management, problem-solving, customer service, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Intermediate collaboration and team working skills
• Ability to be forward-thinking and take initiative to accomplish goals and objectives of the department
