Job Description
The Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) Supports Coordinator facilitates, coordinates, and monitors services for children, adolescents, and adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and their support systems to ensure that the needs and wishes of the individuals are addressed and life opportunities are expanded.
Requirements
- Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP)
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, or Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy, or state licensure
- At least 1 year of experience in training or working with a person who has an intellectual disability
- Valid and unrestricted Driver's License
- Transportation or Automobile accessibility with current automobile/vehicle insurance meeting agency policy requirements
- Proficient with computers, Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, and Microsoft office products
