Requirements
- Responsibility for the leadership and successful implementation of SAP HCM projects with a focus on payroll (PY)
- Consulting and customer support for the introduction and adaptation of SAP HCM payroll and SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll and their integration into the SAP system landscape.
- Analysis of complex business processes and development of individual solutions in the area of payroll under consideration of statutory and collective bargaining regulations.
- Integration of SAP HCM payroll with other systems and modules (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, SAP FI/CO, SAP BW).
- Taking responsibility for quality assurance and documentation in the context of implementation and optimization of SAP HCM solutions.
- Ongoing care of long-term customers in HCM PY and SF EC Payroll
- Second- and third-level support in the context of our HCM Application Service, to provide quick and efficient solutions in case of errors
- Planning and implementation of workshops, training and presentations for customers and internal teams.
- Participation in the sales cycle, in offer creation and customer presentations
- Active participation and participation in the exchange of knowledge in the CNT Competence Teams, inter alia on current topics such as H4S4, Hybrid Deployments, Public- and Private Cloud, Fiori, etc.
- Mentoring and coaching of our Young Professionals and professional responsibility for consultants
