Job Description
This Senior / Lead Consultant position focuses on success factors learning within SAP SuccessFactors. The role involves developing practice-oriented solutions for HR, expertise in HR processes, and implementation of technical solutions. It requires a blend of project management, deep HR expertise, and customer engagement. The company fosters an international and inspirational work environment with flexible working hours.
Requirements
- More than 4 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on SuccessFactors Learning
- Completed certification in SuccessFactors Learning or equivalent experience
- Knowledge or experience in further SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Long-term experience in project work
- Deep expertise in HR topics
- High affinity to modern (cloud) technologies
- High flexibility and travel readiness
- Interest in open and constructive collaboration
- Negotiable German and English skills
